We want you to be satisfied with your mechanical desk lamp. If you're not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• All packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
• Items must be free of scratches, dents, or other damage
• Assembly hardware must be complete and undamaged

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email Info@elookz.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the return using the provided instructions

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear
• Items missing packaging or accessories

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@elookz.com. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. Photos of the damage may be required.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
