Elookz Design ships to the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
All orders ship free within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement.
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard ground shipping delivers within 3-5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at Info@elookz.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors and building management first. If the package remains missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.
